UCM Students Impacted by Identity Theft Scheme

James Drake, 45 and his wife Amanda, 30 were arrested in June for developing a scheme to steal identities which involved some current students that attend University of Central Missouri as well.  Investigators believe that as many as 7,000 people may have been affected by this plot.
